The Collinsville Public Library is located at 151 Main Street and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:

Monday – Tuesday – Thursday 11:00-6:00
Friday 11:00-5:00

The library employs librarian, Jennifer Wilkins who is assisted by Yvonne Patrick and Robin Rowan.

Collinsville Public Library provides a place for reading, study and research, writing, and use of public access computers. All resources including books, audio tapes, videos, and computer usage are provided free to the public. The library staff places a special emphasis on our youngest citizens, our children, providing a safe place to learn, a safe after-school place, and the opportunity to make every dream come true.

The public library was founded by the Collinsville Study Club in 1933. Mrs. Fannie Johnson was the first librarian. The Collinsville Study Club is still a major supporter of the facility.
